How do I clean my night guard?
Rinse your night guard with cool water each morning after use and brush it gently with a toothbrush (no toothpaste, which can be abrasive). Once a week, soak it in a denture cleaner or a solution of water and white vinegar. Store it in the ventilated case provided. Never use hot water, which can warp the material.

Custom night guards typically cost between $300 and $500. Many dental insurance plans cover a portion of the cost when bruxism is diagnosed.
