Plan Details & Terms
No Deductibles or Annual Maximums
Unlike traditional insurance, there are no deductibles to meet and no annual maximum caps on your benefits.
Valid for One Year
Your membership is active for 12 months from the date of enrollment and can be renewed annually.
Non-Refundable
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once enrolled.
Cannot Combine with Insurance
The membership plan is designed for patients without dental insurance and cannot be used alongside insurance benefits.
Exclusions
The 25% discount does not apply to retail products (toothbrushes, whitening kits) or take-home whitening treatments.
